Experience
I have worked in the recruitment / human capital industry since the mid 90's, my biggest success co-leading Cornwallis Elt, a tech & change recruiter to £40m revenues and exit to the Morson Group, (UK's largest Engineering staffing firm).
I then joined an M&A team buying multiple businesses across several industry sectors, running operational & commercial due diligence and leading integration programs post-acquisition.
More recently, I have become an Investor & Advisor to start-up/scale-up companies, where I help with high-quality business plans, financial models, fundraising, GTM strategy, growth & preparation for exit.
